Keith Bennett has been performing, composing and teaching music for over 40 years.
He regularly performs at jazz and blues festivals throughout British Columbia and enjoyed two very successful Europe tours with guitar master David Sinclair.
Keith has played with the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra and at Vancouver Canucks home games as the “Harmonica Man”. He has performed with Supertramp at the Calgary Stampede, with Doug and the Slugs, Powder Blues, David Gogo, Raffi, Charlotte Diamond, Valdy, Kenny “Blues Boss” Whane, Mike Ferris, Van Django, Farmer’s Daughter, Shari Ulrich and Mark Donnelly.
Keith competed at the World Harmonica Festival in Trossingen, Germany (2009 and 2013), placing 5th in solo chromatic jazz and 6th in solo diatonic blues.
He has recorded six of his own CDs and performed on hundreds of other CDs, movie sound tracks, and commercials.
Keith plays guitar, bass, all types of harmonica, piano, melodia, percussion, tin whistle, banjo, mandolin, and sings lead and harmony vocals.
